YEAH Organization — Youth, Education, Agriculture, Health

Local roots, long-term impact.

Learn about our origins, our team, and our commitment to South Sudan.

Our story

Why we started.

YEAH Organization was established in 2024 by a group of young South Sudanese professionals in Aweil, Northern Bahr el Ghazal State. Having seen how top-down aid projects often faltered once external funding ended, our founders set out to build a community-driven model instead. We believe sustainable development only happens when local youth actively lead, design and manage the solutions in their own communities.

Our Vision

A morally and ethically productive generation of young people who positively transform their lives, families and communities.

Our Mission

To support today's generation of young people through education, practical skills development, leadership opportunities and community-led programmes.
